Tom founded KTCo Management in 2022 with a clear vision to offer a personal, honest and forward-thinking approach to talent representation. He is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, casting teams and industry professionals, ensuring each artist feels supported, prepared and properly represented.
With a carefully curated client list, Tom is able to offer focused guidance and individual career support, helping performers access exciting opportunities across TV, film, theatre and commercials. KTCo Management is built on transparency, integrity and a genuine commitment to championing both emerging and established talent.
Tom trained at ArtsEd London before building a successful theatre career across the West End and UK tours. His credits include Sister Act, A Little Princess, The Comedy About a Bank Robbery and Anything Goes.

Chloe joined KTCo Management in 2022 and brings a performer’s understanding, industry insight and genuine care to her work as an agent. She is passionate about building honest, personal and collaborative relationships with her clients, offering practical guidance, career advice and support at every stage. She takes real pride in helping performers navigate the industry with confidence, championing their growth, opening doors and celebrating every step forward. Chloe trained at The Urdang Academy and built a successful performance career working as a Dance Captain and Associate Choreographer across the West End and UK tours, with credits including CATS, Sister Act, Follies, Grease and Chicago.

Since joining KTCo Management, Anna has brought focus, organisation and genuine care to her work as an agent. She is known for her attention to detail, clear communication and supportive approach, helping clients feel prepared, informed and represented throughout the casting process. Her experience as a performer gives her a strong understanding of auditions, rehearsals, contracts and the professional expectations of the industry. Anna trained at Stella Mann College of Performing Arts. Her performance credits includes, Dance Captain for CFC Renaissance Cruise Line, and appearances on ITV and BBC.
